About Ellen Messer
Ellen Messer is a specialist in designing and facilitating customized experiential learning and interventions to help people “work efficiently with and through each other to accomplish organizational goals”. She knows the organizations that thrive in our economically challenged times need to tap the resources of their people to achieve high level results. Her expertise has assisted clients develop strategies to increase outcome focused collaboration, develop team intelligence and foster authentic cooperation among all organizational levels. She has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, Law Firms, healthcare organizations, small businesses, manufacturing and public sector service organizations.

Ellen has coached and strategized with executives, conferenced with and trained middle management, and presented assessment-based programs for front-line workers to improve performance and meet multiple challenges. She was the President of The Samson Group, a virtual work team originally created to consult with Xerox Business Services to develop and facilitate their organization wide cultural change strategy, WorkLife Learning, and presented Xerox’s Leadership Through Quality Program (Total Quality Management) at Xerox Business Services locations throughout the United States, including the Xerox Conference and Learning Center at Leesburg, VA.

Ms. Messer has been active in Health Care organizations, most recently as the Organization Development Manager at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley where she was responsible for creating a unified work culture following an institutional merger, strengthening clinical and support teams and providing management with the process skills needed to handle ongoing challenges.

Ms. Messer volunteers her consulting resources locally to individuals in career development, personal goal setting and coaching for performance improvement.
